I started working for a new Kitchen Designer about 3 weeks ago, Hired to Install Kitchens and Bathrooms, and he painted a preety picture of his business given bonuses taken care of his guys providing us with60hr weeks if we wanted, I have been Installing Kitchens all my life, I have always been self employed never work for anyone since this guy, I drove my van to jobs and used my tools. the other employee Eddy drove the company truck he was hired 2 weeks prior to me, it had tools in it and we were aloud to use them the truck was very unorganized, stuff everywhere, so 2 weeks into the job all well I orginized the truck two outside pull down compartments one had electrical stuff the other had plumbing i organized both boxes, didnt tell anyone I did that, My boss was happy with me and my hard work, and i have never work that hard in the past 3 weeks, i came home and had to rest, TWO DAYS AGO i WAS FIRED I was accused of stealing a nail gun from the truck not only a nail gun but his electricians credit card was taken from his wallet on the job the other day it was sitting on a oven in a garage we were working at and was accused of stealing that aswell he also said every time I pull up your standing around, he said since I cleaned out the truck I had to of taken the gun, he said look at it from my view, and the idoit that did take the credit card charged something from amazon on it, I have 5 kids A wife in school full time I was not there to steel from him or the other guy I was there to prove myself to him I was a valuable assent? I have never stolen Im sick honest Someone drops a 20 dollar bill and didnt even realize they did, I reach down pick it up and give it back,I have no job and have been falsly accused of two thefts i didnt do and havent been found guilty, when they find the card thieft and figure out it wasnt me? maybe one day he lifts up something in his storage warehouse and finds his nails gun and figures out it wasent bill What should I do Collect enemployment call a lawyer and see if I have a case ? HELP I CANT SLEEP CAUSE IM FREEKEN OUT HERE
