You have two potions available: 1) retract your offer and tell them they failed the "stupid test" 2) Have an off the record conversation with them about appropriate behavior and expectations, specifically letting them know that exchanging these kinds of photos and messages with coworkers on company time is a violation of company policy and doiung it all is not very bright...
