Hi i recently started with a new company and i was hired full time. When hired i was given a bank of personal, sick, and started accruing my vaca time. Now i am in my probationary period.Is my employer allowed to restrict me from using my personal paid time of? f oAlso,i was hired under the aggrement of full time working 32 hrs a week. I have been working approx.36 hrs per week since i started if i take a week off does that effecty my status of being full time?
