Bob Dick is Manager of Instructional Technology, eLearning and Distance Learning for Humana Inc. His team builds and delivers training to a worldwide audience - delivering 1.7 million online lessons to that audience in 2011. In addition to the duties obviously outlined in his title, Bob is also tasked with driving meaningful learning metrics for his organization.
Prior to working at Humana, Bob taught Computer Information Systems and eLearning for McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. He hold a BA in Theatre from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, a Master’s in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma, and has done post graduate work at The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas and City University of Seattle Washington.
Bob is married to Rabbi Shaina Bacharach, has 4 adult children and a Boston Terrier named Greta. In his spare time he enjoys fly tying and fishing. He does NOT enjoy writing bios.
