 Nadine Rastelli is currently serving as Talent Acquisition Director at CVS Caremark.  In her role, she has responsibility for working with the company’s senior leadership team to take the company’s vision and translating that into a compelling message and programs to attract high performance talent into a fast paced organization in the healthcare industry.  In her current role, she is responsible for creating a recruitment strategy for her company and managing the recruitment function across the nation.  Nadine has 20+ years of experience in Human Resources, with roles in HR business partnering across various industry, including healthcare, retail, energy and market research, where she  has worked with C-suite leaders and their people to create a people vision and strategy that has led to many successful HR initiatives and programs.  Nadine holds her Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago and has been a past board member of HRMAC, where has given many talks on HR centric topics.  She is also certified in many HR practice areas including selection and coaching.  She recently moved to Miami with her husband who is an Architect, speaks five languages and enjoys globetrotting and artifact hunting.
