there is an employ at work who is always making me get off register and gets carts ad stuff like that is there anything that i can do about that

I would suggest speaking with your manager or supervisor to see if there is a reason for this. Maybe those with seniority get out of doing the extra chores and you're the newest and then again someone may be taking advantage of you. Always be sure to balance your register and make note of the time you did balanced before handing it over to someone else.
