Jim Farrell is a Managing Director with KPMG. He has nearly 20 years of experience in leading organizations through the complexities of HR Transformation and HR Shared Services deployment and operations. Prior to KPMG, Jim was the Chief HR Officer for the State of Michigan. Jim is a member of the International Public Management Association and serves on their executive committee and certification board and has served as adjunct instructor for the MPA program at Northern Michigan University and as a guest lecturer on leadership for Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business. Additionally, he has authored several articles for HR publications and has frequently given speeches on various HR topics.
