As we tread through 2014, we realize that recession has become an event of the past and global organizations today are setting the ground to achieve aggressive growth. In this phase, human capital is arguably the most sustainable source of competitive differentiation and value creation. As HR functions don the hat of a strategic enabler helping organizations tap and retain the best of talents, there is an imminent need for an insight-driven decision making approach as compared to an intuitive-driven decision making. Application of Analytics in the HR realm is of paramount importance.

Notwithstanding the traditional challenges to realize the HR analytics value, outsourcing is fast emerging as a viable option to overcome those. However it calls for a careful and pragmatic approach to various key components of outsourcing. On this Webinar, our domain experts will address the following key areas:

  • Need for Analytics in HR
  • The 4 Levels of Analytics
  • Approach to HR Analytics from a Scope and Sourcing Perspective
  • Third-party HR Analytics – Six Key Considerations
