Web Based Training: Putting the Learner in Control

I’m not going to deny it – I’m a huge fan of web based training (WBT). I believe that WBT can solve many of the issues that face training departments, who solely rely on instructor led training (ILT) or a blend of ILT and other types of media.
If done correctly, web based training can take the learner and put them in control, rather than having the instructor (as it currently exists today) ...
