A person that I had selected to hire, sent me a "naughty" pic thru my cell phone a few days prior to his first day of work. You can obviously tell it was sent to the wrong person due to the message attached, and it took me a while to figure out who had sent it as it was not a name I had stored in my cell phone memory. My question is, how am I to handle the situation. He's technically not employed yet, do I say something when we go through the employee handbook, or just treat it like it didnt happen?
