Jobs also named posts are Generic Titles or Roles within a Business Group, independent of any single organization. Required in an organization and refelcted in the organizational chart. They can, usually, also be more specific if positions are not used. Position are Specific occurrence of one job, fixed within an organization. Some may Not be required, yet are of supporting nature.
