The "team player" aspect is key. 360 feedback turns what can be an awkward evaluation process into a team-building effort to improve everyone's performance. Of course, this aspect of 360 feedback only exists if the feedback is anonymous, which is standard for most 360 reviews.
Have you ever used Dynamic360? I have thought about buying it for my small business, but haven't found any reviews. It looks really easy to use, though, and claims to generate really good reports.
