This book will change the way you hire.

The global leader in providing businesses with hiring solutions, Monster has created a groundbreaking system for recruiting and retaining employees. Finding Keepers shows companies how to produce a brand experience that attracts employees motivated by the company's mission, fulfilled by the work they will do and empowered to expand company growth and profit.

Drawing from original Monster Intelligence data, the authors reveal how to effectively use this brand, from the first time a candidate hears a company's name until the day that person retires from the job.
